1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ph9879," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ph9879 online casino platform, accessible at ph9879.cam, and the operating entity responsible for the provision of gaming services thereunder.
• "Platform" means the ph9879 website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated gaming, cashier, and account management services available at ph9879.cam.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging into the ph9879 Platform, or using any service or Game offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph9879 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the ph9879 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. ph9879 enforces this requirement without exception.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You have not been previously excluded from the ph9879 Platform for breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

ph9879 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited Funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically and legally possible.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the ph9879 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account with ph9879, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ph9879 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Registration does not become effective until ph9879 has confirmed it in writing or via Platform notification.

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account. Sharing, transferring, or selling your Account to any third party is strictly prohibited. ph9879 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph9879 Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ph9879 will never contact you via SMS, Viber, Facebook, or any other channel to request your password or OTP.

You must notify ph9879 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. ph9879 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

ph9879 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Activation of 2FA does not transfer security responsibility from the Player to ph9879; it is an additional layer of protection that Players are encouraged but not required to use.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph9879 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timeframes are subject to change and are governed by the current information displayed on the Platform.

All Account Funds are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph9879 does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which ph9879 assumes no liability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are in the Player's own name and that match the identity information on file with ph9879. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. ph9879 may require additional documentation to verify the ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal.

ph9879 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph9879 may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when a Bonus is accepted.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general Bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All Games available on the ph9879 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph9879's operational systems and are not influenced by bet sizes, Account histories, or any Player-specific factors.

Game-specific rules are published within each Game's interface on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. Wagers placed constitute acceptance of the applicable Game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay — including but not limited to network interruptions, platform errors, or Game software failures — ph9879 reserves the right to void affected Game rounds and return stakes to Players' Accounts. ph9879 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the Player's stake for the affected round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph9879 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or using another person's identity documents.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate Game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ph9879 Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph9879 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, accessible through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to their ph9879 Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications to alert Players after a defined period of continuous play.

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.

Game titles, logos, and associated content provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. ph9879 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph9879 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, winnings, or data.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate, provided such inaccuracy was not the result of ph9879's own wilful misconduct.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond ph9879's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Any losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain account security or from the Player's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph9879's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data

ph9879 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at ph9879.cam/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification data, transactional records, gaming history, and communication records, processed for purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.

ph9879 is subject to data retention obligations under Philippine law, including those arising under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR reporting requirements. Player data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to Terms

ph9879 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the gaming services — ph9879 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via the Platform or by communication to registered Players' contact details before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes, including typographical corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, may take effect without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

ph9879 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who have an unresolved dispute with ph9879 regarding a gaming or payment matter should first contact ph9879 Customer Support to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints process.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through ph9879's internal process within a reasonable timeframe, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. ph9879 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from exercising any statutory rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
